Watercress Research is a phytochemicals-based company which was spun out from the University of Exeter in 2019.
We are developing urease inhibitory products from the watercress plant (Nasturtium officinale) for use in continence care, cosmetics, food and drink.

Tom is Managing Director of The Watercress Company, the UK’s largest grower of watercress with beds in both Hampshire and Dorset.
